Government Pays Compensation to 80 Flu Vaccine Injuries and Deaths
Wow. It is extremely difficult to win a case like this, because by paying out, the U.S. government admits that the vaccine actually caused the crippling injury or death. Well, the U.S. government just did so. 134 times for vaccine injuries, 79 of them being flu vaccines. Last year there were 375 vaccine injury awards. In fact, there have been vaccine injury awards awarded every year since 1987 – see here.
