To Whom it May Concern:
I strongly oppose the CDC’s proposal to endow itself with extra-judicial police powers to arrest, confine, and/or impose any kind of vaccine or medical procedure on anyone in the world, much less in the United States.
This is not a medical question. This is a legal question.
Within the United States, it is a crime against the 4th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution:
“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
Both inside and outside the U.S., it is a crime against humanity, as recognized by several articles of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which the United States has signed and ratified.
The overly vague (and I suspect maliciously so) definitions of symptoms listed in the CDC’s proposal, such as mere suspicion that someone has been exposed to a disease, that would trigger the confinement and forced vaccination (or even micro chipping) of individuals, is too broad for the public to put up with state-line checkpoints, or God forbid, jackboots at their front doors wielding injection syringes aimed at themselves and their children.
In this day and age of widespread fraud being exposed in the vaccine industry concerning vaccine injuries, the opportunity for the CDC to arm itself on behalf of vaccine manufacturers and wield the full force and power of United States Federal Government against humanity, to impose ever escalating mandated vaccine schedules, is long past.
You have overplayed your hand, and missed your chance.
If the CDC attempts what it is proposing, in granting itself police powers to mandate and forcibly impose vaccines, any vaccines, which even without fraud are known by the CDC and the vaccine industry to severely injure and even sacrificially kill some people, it will be met with full out civil disobedience, and if forcibly confronted and attacked, Americans, U.S. residents, and world populations (under the eventuality of the TPP) will rightly defend themselves and their families.
That’s just human nature.
SO BACK OFF, CDC. With the aid of the fraud, the scales have fallen off the public’s eyes, and the 300 year old paradigm of “injecting disease to prevent disease” is rapidly collapsing. Please turn a page in history and acknowledge the new science paradigms, such as targeted disease-specific nutrition & nature’s own (patent-free) anti-microbials, to promote disease-free health in the population. The CDC would also behoove itself to disentangle itself from the profit-motivated vaccine manufacturing industry, before the movement grows irreversibly large to end the CDC itself, along with the FED.
Thank you for your attention to these advances in science that take us past the obsoleted vaccine & antibiotic paradigms, and return the public to the path of widespread good health and cheer.
