To Whom it May Concern: I strongly oppose the CDC’s proposal to endow itself with extra-judicial police powers to arrest, confine, and/or impose any kind of vaccine or medical procedure on anyone in the world, much less in the United States. This is not a medical question.  This is a legal question. Within the United States, it is a crime against the 4th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” Both inside and outside the U.S., it is a crime against humanity, as recognized by several articles of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which the United States has signed and ratified. The overly vague (and I suspect maliciously so) definitions of symptoms listed in the CDC’s proposal, such as mere suspicion that someone has been exposed to a disease, that would trigger the confinement and forced vaccination (or even micro chipping) of individuals, is too…
